Weightloss tips/motivation?

I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 152 pounds. I would like to get back down to 125, which is where I was a few years ago. I suck at dieting/fitness though. Does anyone have any tips or advice for me? I'm really awful at denying craving and I have a real issue with saying no to food in general.

Also anyone know of any of any websites that have good at home workouts that I could start with before joining a gym?
