The night before the test, write down everything you expect the test to cover, as detailed and specific as possible. Then write down what grade you expect to get. Leading up to the test, visualize flunking, visualize the worst-case scenario, getting every question wrong, the whole school finding out, etc. As you visualize this, reflect on how it really won't be that bad, and even if it is, so what? Life goes on. Whether you flunk it or ace it, you still have to brush your teeth before bed. Visualize your worst fears and realize they're not that scary.

I normally do something that is completely not related to studying in the space before my exam. And for about 15 minutes before the exam, I listen to music and space out. I listen to instrumental stuff but anything that you enjoy listening to is fine.
study beforehand so you won t be late and are sure about the content :p

Try this: Slowly inhale as much as possible, pause for 0.5s, and then exhale slowly.
Repeat it as long as you can/want. In 2-3 minutes, you should feel better.

I had a very stressful major in college, and my doctor prescribed propranolol to me as a beta blocker to calm that limbic system response before a test. It was a huge help to me.
What I am going to suggest you is a unique way of getting rid of stress. All you have to do is turn off your mobile or a laptop or whatever cellular device you have and think about the extraterrestrial world, soon you'll experience the peace of mind.
