I am stressed these days because of a new job (trying to adjust in). Could it ne the reason?
What do you do guys in this case?
You just have to *NOT STRESS* yourself about it. You fucked up. Okay. That's now the past. So don't fuck up again. Also, an important aspect of dieting is giving yourself a cheat day or a cheat meal every week. I'd recommend a cheat *day* if you haven't been doing well, with the primary goal to drop that down to a cheat meal per week. This way you can look forward to something. Also, it's important that you *enjoy* the healthy food you're eating. Otherwise, you will fail.
Another important aspect is meal prep. If you can dedicate one day to prepping some meals for the week, then this will save you from the convenience of packaged and already prepared shitty, artery clogging, salty, fatty, sugary foods. Cook 7 meals--or less if you're lazy--put 3 days worth in the fridge, and 4 days worth in the freezer.
Add in nuts and whatever else as snack foods. Almonds are good, cashews, too. Good, healthy fats.
Ah, that brings me to the other point. Hunger. You need to learn how to recognize *what type* of hunger you're experiencing. If you are consistently full, then you will not crave shitty foods. Then, recognize stress eating. When you're stressed out, you must *consciously* recognize this and find a way to address that stress in a healthier way. I recommend working out. I was feeling significantly fucked up earlier, so I took it out on my muscles. I felt fucking great afterwards. If you invest in some weights, you can work on definition--it's still good for women to lift. Or do some squats.
Especially if it's chocolate cake, because chocolate releases extra endorphins, I think. Mmm. There might be a few others, but I forget.
And for the love of God count your calories and keep track of your meals. Very important, otherwise it allows you too much room to substitute.
Dude. You can't live without sugar. It's *okay* to have a *little* of the bad stuff. In fact, this will help you maintain your healthy eating.
lol yes, I crave dark chocolate cake. Usually I eat 80 to 99% dark chocolate daily, and only dates or raisins.
If I were you, I would find healthy food that tastes delicious to you. That may be bananas, apples, chocolate or cake make with healthier ingredients (in moderation). I eat chocolate every day and it's one of the foods with the highest antioxidants so it's great in moderation. I actually make my own though.
this dieting thing really sucks,,,, it is really difficult for me not to eat those cupcakes filled with chocolate, donuts with sprinklers, all those fried items,, not to eaten for the sake of perfect body!!!
Yeah lol! But in my case it's a lifestyle. Many years ago I started eating healthy, and I am doing it basically because I don't want toxins to get in my body. Sugar and hydrogenated oils cause a lot of illnesses.

Maybe you have made your diet too harsh and unsustainable! Some crap is okay. We're physical human beings who need physical pleasure in order not to go insane!
However, if you're eating things to the point it's making you sick, then yes, you're trying to dull yourself with bad food. In that case, I think it's important to learn to 'be in the moment' and be happy with your own company. Whatsoever befalls you, the truth of who you are should not be in doubt!
*softly* We all have to eat. What we choose to eat is our choice. Don't beat yourself up over it. Just realize you aren't perfect and will make mistakes.
We all have relapses it's good to cheat and eat unhealthy sometimes. Don't beat yourself up about it. Keep at it and it's good to mess up once in a while. Nobody is perfect.
Healthy eating? what is that
