They can, but not always. I have big boobs and I don't have back pain. Now, I think it's mainly because I am bigger in general. I have broad shoulders, and am not petite at all.

I'm 5'7" too, which isn't tall, but it's not short. So I think my body is just bigger naturally so that helps. I have a few friends who have issues who are petite but have bigger boobs. So that might be why.

I should know. I have serious back, poster and neck problems. Yes they don't for most women. For myself it depends. Especially if their swollen before the menses starts. Its all due to hormones and genetics. I'm slim and petite. Think of a skittle body shape. Not easy.

I'm a part of the itty bitty titty committee but have friends who need over shoulder boulder holders and they're always complaining about back problems and at least 3 times a week need a massage to relieve some strain.

i have a friend like that with really big boobs. she considered surgery, i advised her not to. it is a crime against humanity.

she just fixed her posture and did some more exercise to strengthen her back and has not had the issue since

@Sabretooth yeah, it's not like if you're in the military where you don't exercise whatsoever and then expect to be able to carry a 50kg backpack for 10 miles. doesn't work like that. Strengthen your back and you won't have a problem.

it definitely can. depends on your build. if you have good lats and back muscles the problems of back pain can be significantly reduced.

Depends, when I was a G cup I didn't have any back or shoulder pains. But now since I'm a 36L and losing weight I have been getting pains from my shoulders. Try doing yoga, it really helps
