Fitness journals?

I've gotten into fitness lately (meal prepping/lifting) and I've really taken a liking to it. I THINK I'm experiencing results - been at it for a month now. I'd really like to track my progress in the kitchen and in the gym.

I've been looking online at the various journals on the market and aren't really finding any I like. Any suggestions?

I'd like to be able to track my calorie intake as well as my reps and such at the gym and my measurements.

Which tracking methods do you use?

The question is not HOW to track my progress... it's what journal to use to do so.
