I used to work out regularly when I was going to gym. I love working out it makes me feel confident about my body.
Right now I stopped going to gym as I don't have my car anymore.
I don't usually feel like working out at home, I get lazy and I'm like I'm going to work out tomorrow then tomorrow again but the tomorrow never comes.
I used to both, but I can't anymore ;'( Because of Uni and it actually pisses me off lol :/ can't wait for this semester to end so I can work out again
@Phoenix98 ahhh can I take you up on that actually? lol I have an entire gym in my basement but I suck at lifting. I feel like I just need someone to tell me what to do
C for me... I'm someone who tends to have little muscle so I need work outs. First of all to feel good but also to have some force in my legs and arms.
A week without and they feel weak and visibly thinner... I'm more an endurance person than a walking muscle :o
You look good
What is your height and weight?
@Truthatanycost
Here's my stats.
6'0 169lbs
Leg press Max -1050lbs
Barbell Curl max-120
100m dash-10.9
200m-22.9
Thanks. People say height makes a lot of difference. What are your goals?
@Truthatanycost no problem height definitely does. I no longer sprint for track so now my goals are to get really lean, like model lean yet maintain explosion in all lifts.
So I guess increase my power to weight raitio further.
In this pic I'm like 11.5% boyfriend. My goal is 7-9

Not much anymore , as a former British Army paratrooper , had a superb fitness level 20 years back , also very into combat sports on leaving the Army. Being a single dad for the last year means I've not done that much , had very painful knee cartilage problems too , ironically caused by my past life !!
Yea I do. I go to the gym around 4am every morning. I do cardio everyday and lift 4 days a week, alternating between chest and triceps, back and biceps and legs.
Have to find a form of exercise that you personally love to stick with it. I'd tried just the gym so many times and just couldn't stick with it but I started aerial yoga last year and never looked back
Nope.. never. It's been like 1 year since the last time.
Whenever I try, I just give up like in 2 or 3 weeks. I guess I just don't see the point in it. Like.. it won't change anything in my life at this point.
I go to the gym 6 days a week, but do cardio 4 times a week. I train my abs daily though. I'm dedicated to workingout 😂
I do some form of cardio 5 days a week. Jogging, stationary bike, interval training. And then 2 days a week I incorporate a weights routine for butt/legs.
C) Gotta stay healthy and strong for the loved ones, for the work and for me.
Motivation ain't easy but it gives good results.
Its a way to relieve my stress and the trained body is a good side effect of it.
I did but then I started slacking off. I'll get back to it once I relocate to the main campus since I'm only at an extension campus now which doesn't have a gym.
Yes, 2-3 times a week usually and I have ballet practice 3 times a week.
What about you?
i run everyday…. i try to lift haha but I'm not the best at motivating myself with that
Nope, I despise working out with all my heart and soul XD
Yes, if you include reaching for the remote a type of workout
Yup, every day (unless I get busy, lazy, or sick). I do yoga, cardio, dancing, tae bo, squats and stretches etc.
I used to lift a lot but not much anymore, due to highly physical job, haven't lost my physique at all surprisingly even with all the cardio from it
I do both regularly, though more lifting than cardio. Feeling fit and strong is awesome.
I do at home yeah because I don't have money for the gym at the moment but normally I workout 5 days a week at the gym.
Yes I do, I do lots of squats and I jogg. I haven't been to the gym in awhile.
1-3 times a week at the gym, (lifting & cardio) but I try to walk a lot or go out for a run every other day.
I started going regularly a couple of months ago... making considerable gains! Endurance is getting much better. Gotta be better about doing cardio though.
Eh... not really. I walk a lot and go hiking but that's about it.
