You should start off with little things. Take EVERYTHING unhealthy out of your fridge, nutella, ice cream, etc. and rid your house of alcohol. When you go grocery shopping, go on a FULL stomach, and once again please, don't buy anything tempting. As for diet, going on starvation mode or not giving yourself enough nutrition is just as bad as overeating, your body will go on starvation mode and you'll just totally BINGE, its a never ending starve-binge-starve-binge cycle and nutrients and vitamins will really be important to weight loss and not only you're trying to lose weight here, you're trying to get healthy, keep that in mind. Your diet should consist of complex carbohydrates - vegetables, fruits (but for strict weight loss, try to avoid pineapple or cherries, as they're fruits with more sugars), not only you want your diet to be A LOT OF VEGETABLES, YES MOSTLY THOSE and fruits for snacks, you have to incorporate some kind of carbs, here's where it may get tricky - try to incorporate brown rice or quinoa, not white rice, pasta, etc. And last of all, meat - no fried meat, grilled meat with either no to a very minimal amount of olive oil (but honestly, try to cook without olive oil). Another cool thing is making vegetable puree soup (cauliflower, leak, potato, etc.) And try to drink NOTHING but water, and at least 8 glasses a day. For exercise, increase your amount of sets a week. Running, which is cardio, is really going to help you lose that weight, and sometimes you can try jump roping. And I seriously suggest attending zumba and spinning classes, makes it more fun. Another cool thing, having muscle will help you lose weight faster, so try to incorporate basic things - lunges, squats, mountain climbers, planks, sit ups, crunches, etc. Last of all, getting enough sleep, surprisingly, is also going to keep you from gaining weight. Oh, and one other thing, even if you're eating good food, portion STILL matters, so I know its much better for you, but you still have to watch your portions, never fill up a full plate and you may get hungry because you're used to large portions, but drink water when you get hungry in between meals. Weighing your food may help you stay on track.

Don't listen to a lot of the comments about eating very little that is not the way to go about losing weight it sounds to me like you are on the right track I say take progress pictures because a lot of the time you don't even realize your body is changing and keep at it be healthy and take care of your body if you keep up the routine you have going you should feel great in no time however you don't really need to be drinking so much water a good way to know how much water you need is half your weight in ounces of water
Are you actually tracking how many calories you are eating? The science of weight loss comes down to calories in vs calories out. If you want to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. I suggest using a TDEE Calculator ( Total Daily Energy Expenditure) to determine how many calories your body burns in a day based on activity level. There are many great calorie counting websites you can use to track calories consumed and calories burned through exercise.
Overall, you have to be determined and patient with this process. You won't lose weight overnight, but eventually if you stay committed you will reach your goals.
First thing is to get a thorough physical and see if there's a medical issue involved. If not, find a sweet, sadistic personal trainer to force you to exercise in ways that'll get you results and who can help you with meal planning and managing you food intake.
I'm very proud that you see the need and desirability of dropping the weight. It's important to understand that this isn't a transient thing: you'll need to change the way you see food. It'll take some time so prepare to be focused and patient.

eat clean, make better food choices.
start exercising but start light and go at your own pace, build up your strength, stamina, and endurance over time.
get plenty of rest, at least 7 hours of sleep a day, and stay hydrated.
do all of that for 3-5 years and you should be where you want to be.Thats good for you! Even making small changes is great especially the water, you always need it. Healthy diet really does work, and it really can damper it if your family around you isn't really sensitive to it and you're still eating the high carbs, lots of fat at home. You have to start shopping and cooking for yourself, and the gym is great, its important to give yourself rest time and doing high intensity exercises even for a little bit and work on strength training, your abs are made in the kitchen but your muscles in the gym! It takes a while it isn't going to happen over night, good luck! Try also drinking green tea JUST green tea it will boost your metabolism.
First, understand that results most likely won't happen quickly. I lost 10lbs over the course of 3 months. That's not fast at all, but that's okay. I wanted something I'd stick with; not something I'd get tired of in a month.
Probably the biggest thing I learned is portion control. Everything in moderation. Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods; just have them less often and in smaller portions. You're going to feel hungry and that's okay. Let yourself feel hungry. Don't starve yourself by any means, but don't eat if you're not hungry (and don't eat until you're about to burst).
Also, find an exercise you actually like. It makes all the difference.
Good luck!Lower your caloric intake. Just dont drop straight to 1000, I'd say lower it to 2500 for beginning (your basal is 2870) and then after few weeks to 2200.
When you hit plateau (and it will happen), take 2 days off and eat a bit more.
Look up fatmeetsfire on youtube, he's a great guy.
Keep your workout light, because diet motivation is much more important at that weight than training.
this way you won't lose 10kilos a month, but you can successfully loose 2 kilos a month, and risk of returning fat will be lower.
Another important thing to make yourself stay on the course is remembering the fact that to get used to something, it takes 2 to 8 months, so you just have to force yourself for those few months.keep up your workout routine. count calories. make sure not to go over 1400 calories daily. you should get visible results soon.
note that if you work out, you will first build a little mass (muscles) which might hide your fat loss. but just keep doing it. don´t underestimate the time it will take. it might take years to get into an acceptable weight and you can´t make exceptions to your diet all this time. to keep motivation up, do one cheat meal a week but other than that stay below 1400 cal a day. also stay healthy at the same time. no saturated fat, lots of veggies not a lot of carbs.
pro tip: if it has above 100cal in 100g don´t eat it!I tell EVERYONE the same thing I tell my sister. Do a lot of cardio that involves elliptical machines, stair master, treadmill. For example, I do an hour of cardio on the elliptical machine, my level is 12 and resistance is 12. I went from 10 to 12 for both. Don't do level one like a little bitch and expect to lose something. No... after you've done at least a months worth of cardio, do heavy lifting which includes squats, lunges, this is leg day. You also have to separate leg day, arm day, chest and back day. That way your body EQUALLY works out.
If you have a lot of belly fat, arm fat and on your ass - only cardio will help along with a really healthy meal plan. Once I tell people the meal plan, they give up.
No need to feel bad for yourself, unhappy with yourself. Change it. I sure as hell did. Never going back!!! Plus once you see progress it becomes an addiction.... Constant Urinating Problem...

Good luck and I am Counting Calories with you, while Counting on you to Lick this. xxKeep on the diet. Make little changes, like always take the stairs and park farther away. Try weight training. Workout your legs because for women that's a strong muscle group and it will develop fast and spend up your metabolism. Mostly just stick to your diet. Get a calorie counter app on your phone and track that. If done right, you should be dropping weight really fast.
always do a portion control , control what kind of food you like and dislike
message me im a nutritionistDrink a lot of water, as much as you can. Tea is good too.
Don't eat whan it's not time to eat, I know it's hard but it's important.
Avoid starchy food after 7pm.
Eat less sugar and cheese.
If you want to eat something during the day, eat fruits or make a smoothie or a compote.
I hope it helped :)Well, my mum has tried this diet, were she just cuts down on the amount of carbohydrates she's eating and she's lost a stone in a month. It works really well and apparently its healthy. I've decided to try it when I get back from holiday.
It takes time, you're not going to notice results right away. Keep working hard and you'll start to see the weight come off. You could also try Pilates, I find them fun.
they told this pageant contestant that she would have to lose weight. she was instructed to do the following - no breakfast, a salad for lunch and water the rest of the day.
Eat steam vegetables, little bread, stay away from fried , breaded food as much as possible. Buy weights , and mat and exercise twice a day minimum 10 min each time, and increase exercise time later. Go on YouTube for exercise tips
I go on a 30 minute walking program and that seems to work for me.
Consult a doctor perhaps? Or a dietitian.
well, a habit is what you trained your body to do, your body needs a reason to change.
How many calories are you eating a day?
