This question cannot have a straight forward answer. Weed affects everybody differently, some even have negative reactions to the THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol, the main chemical in weed that makes you feel 'high').
Younger people who smoke weed are more likely to have an addiction later on. It can affect your brain development as a teenager such as memory, learning abilities and so forth. There have been studies that conclude that people who smoke weed regularly show a neuropsychological (brain functioning) decline from childhood to midlife.
I don't know I mean any age you smoke it at is probably going to effect you, but a lot of people say that it can really effect the adolescent brain lol and due too the fact that the brain doesn't mature to about the age of 25 id say after 25 should be the safest lol but i dont think weed will be too bad as long as you dont smoke it too much.
I do not smoke, however, I am really close to people who do. To be honest, I wouldn't want to pick up a bad habit like that. From an outside view looking in, weed does control a lot about your life (even if many smokers would say other wise). Never is a good answer to when you should start smoking. It may seem like the 'cool' thing to do, but it's not worth it. Too much trouble with the law, and too much money wasted that could go toward other things.
Wtf, you should not be smoking anything at 14. I would say 25 because that is when the brain is fully developed so then the weed won't do as much damage to the brain because you are not growing anymore.

I tried at 15. I think it's best to get the weed bug out of your system by the time you leave HS. Guys my age who still smoke all the time are sort of cringe.
It's not healthy to do it at any age really. But if you're really gonna do it I wouldn't before the age of 18, even 21 (though I know a lot of people do...)
I would say around the same age as alcohol. It changes the way you perceive certain psychological things, and that isn't the greatest for a developing mind.
