Depends on the guy, I'm 4'11 and I weigh 220 my boyfriend weighs 220 as well and he is 6'3 and he can easily pick me up. Plus it's all about how the guy is picking up that person
You have the sitting on the knee and they will grab you and lifts up
The bridal position
Over the shoulder
On the back
A baby hold ( you are facing him with your arms around his neck and your legs wrapped around his waist and his arms is around your back. )
As for me I can only pick up a kid that is shorter than me.

That's almost twice my weight but, my ex was 200, and I could move him. It was a feat but, I could do it. Well, maybe not pick him off the floor but, whenever he was laying on top of me, I could shove him off. Probably not what you were thinking when you asked the question.

Depends how I am picking them. If its under the knee aka poplital region then fairly easy since its mostly physics and the law of gravity being in my favor if its like bridal position then I wouldn't be able to lift that plus height matters too cause if they are too tall then I wouldn't be able to put both my arms around them and that way I wouldn't have a good grip making it even more difficult.

It wouldn't be hard at all if it's just lifting to carry over my shoulder. If you're talking about a bridal lift then it would be a bit harder depending on her height cause the weight wouldn't be evenly distributed.

Well I can pick up someone who is 175 lbs then. I was already picking up guy who were about 175 lbs when playing wrestling game in high school. But need to be careful to not hurt the back D;

Depends how. Take him by the waist and stand-up, easy. Carrying in both arms, OK but heavy. Lifting under arms above your head, can't do.

My mother weighs a lot less than that and I tried to pick her up and it was extremely hard - I only got her 1 or 2 inches above the floor.

and i always hated squats and lifts, i pretty much only did bench unless my coach forced me lol. squats i cheated anyway, i used a framed bar, so u could jsut fall. forward or back and the frame would catch the bar. deadlifts were total bullshit i hated them, i would rather do olypic cleans

well most people do only know their click. so its fine. its rare to have a person that flows between the groups of types of people. so if u are not into weight lifting u probably dont know anyone who is fit. there is nothing wrong with that. these people are just telling u what is ur potential if for some reason u wanted to lift up ur boyfriend if he weighted that much. shit most guys ur age weight like 100 pounds anyway ;) so u could still probably lift them up. its not like anyone is picking on u or teasing u or anything. this was like an educational thing. its not a big deal

@Kaazsz i did competitive lifting in high school. but i have very good genetics ;) so i gain easy and i have a good body build as well, broad shoulders and smaller waist. i stay athletic now with walking, swimming and pushup and stuff liek that, but because of injuries i sustained from my time in the military i could not lift anymore even if i wanted to. both my shoulders are messed up, along with my neck. and my left ankle is basically destroyed. without steroid shots every few months i wouldn't even be able to walk. its basically hatred that holds me together lol ;) bt because of that i am able to stay pretty athletic. but i would never be able to be buff or big. i still know a lot about it from my high school days and then in the military most my friends lifted when bored, and i helped them out. so I've been around as a hobby i guess. i wouldn't say powerlifter though at all. these girl "friends" were all cheer leaders or dancers.
