hey I feel the same. I wake up and go to bed wondering what has happened to my life. I say get outside into nature (I know it sounds really cheesy) and go for a walk either alone (if you like to be alone) or with someone who cares about you and you like. Take a break from superficial social media and find something that you enjoy - it might take some time but there will be something out there that you feel good doing (for me its rock climbing). Take note of the little things in life that are good like a having a groovy bowl of cereal in the morning or joking around with people. Life has so much to offer but you just have to put yourself out there. Join a club or group and meet some new people. Take each day at a time and don't get mad at yourself if you don't seem to be getting anywhere, good things take time (rome wasn't built in a day haha). I hope I cane of some help, don't give up and hope you start to make sense of things :)
