I honestly just force myself to get up at the right time every morning. In the beginning it helps to keep your schedule packed. Just make sure you are ten minutes early for everything, not for any real reason, but just to get out of the house for longer. If you have a lot of free time, or have trouble getting to sleep you could start going to a gym with a friend that likes to work out. Just get rid of the extra energy.

For me I used exercise and long walks to clear my head - I also researched mental health forums to read other peoples stories about their coping mechanisms maybe try out a couple to see if they work for me.
Buy an adult coloring book. They're oddly relaxing and have taken my mind off of things.

Stay busy, go to the gym that will give you sel confidence and energy to keep on going. Do you have a job are you married?
I currently deal with it. Music, Exercise, Going on adventures, and other hobbies help me keep my mind active. Do things that keep your mind busy and away from the negative thoughts.
Working out, listening to music, cooking, drawing, writing. Boxing, having a pet, having a significant other, starting a blog
This is just a small thing you can do as well: Try to focus on small pleasures. Like the warmth of a cup of coffee in your hand. Watching a bird or a squirrel or something like that doing it's thing. Smelling a fresh breeze.

Listing to music, taking a walk or doing yoga, talking to family or friends, or treating yourself to a manicure or a new outfit.
