My advice would be that you should mind things such as your weight (going up from 130 to 210lbs is a HUGE weight gain. You almost doubled your body mass.) for your own personal well-being and good health versus just to appease the masses. People will always find shit to judge and critique you on. If it's not your exess body weight, then your shoulders will be 'too wide', your gate will be too uncoordinated, you name it.
The only motivation for you to be at your physical best, be it affecting your health like body weight, or self confidence, so things like your teeth, should be to help maintain your own personal sanity and well-being. You're living to keep yourself happy, not some other girls in your course this sem.

Try and gradually eat less carbohydrates and especially sugar. Go to the gym, it might be a struggle in the beginning but you'll get used to it and addicted too. You'll be loosing weight in no time.
Bullying causes kids to become tough and prepare them for the world.
