Take a nap! Hahaha. But seriously... there's nothing at all wrong with feeling lazy and BEING lazy on occasion. Indulge your laziness then the next day (or later the same day) get up and accomplish something. It's possible to be lazy but still get things done. :-)

You have to just drag yourself up and get into something physical. Physical activity gets the adrenaline pumping and wakes you up. The more inactive you are the more lazy and sleepy you will feel.
If I feel sleepy, I end up falling asleep.
Unless I am in school or something, then walking for 15-30 mins help

Log into this site, for one thing! Always something to pique your interest...
Then there's strong coffee, of course, or listening to the latest Trump jokes.Coffee, four cups. It works every time. I don't know this for a fact, but it feels about equivalent to a quarter line of coke.
