How should I find the energy to work out again? Where should I start from? Can someone, please, recommend me routine for home (I can't go to the gym)?

Ok, so I really want to start working out again. I can't find the energy to do it. I used to work out 2 hours a day or more. I was enjoying it. bBut since I started my classes again I am too busy to do it. I feel tired when I get home (I am always coming home at 8 pm). I can't find the energy to do anything, but reading my notes (which I must do).
Is it ok if I can't work out every day? Only 3 days a week?
How should I find the energy to work out again? Where should I start from? Can someone, please, recommend me routine for home (I can't go to the gym)?
