I'm really sorry to hear that. Now, I can tell you what you need to do all day but the question is: Do you want to get out of this hole you fell in? Because YOU have to want to make yourself better. If you say yes, then the first thing you need to do is find yourself a therapist or counselor. Next, you need to tell someone what you plan on doing, a friend, mother, father or sibling this is called accountability. I say this because we often say we want to something but when see how hard the ride is, we give up. So telling a reliable person in our lives will make us accountable. But at the end of the day, you have to want it for yourself.
YOU have acknowledged that you have this problem which is hard for many to do, so your on the right track.
