I would advice you to worship your body and think that you are worthy. Empower yourself with your positive self esteem. Boost your body image. Don't have self doubt. be capable of thinking for yourself and don't succumb to societal pressure. Think that you are better than what society thinks you are. You have the power to determine your level of confidence. You are capable of changing your present negative mindset and getting a better and positive mindset. Learn to love and accept yourself for who you are. Be confident in yourself and own it honestly. Don't try to equate your looks with others. All people are unique in their own ways. Even if you are not beautiful by the "society's" standards , you are still beautiful in your own way. So celebrate your uniqueness. As a women , you will be judged for your looks. And you cannot prevent anybody from judging you. They have a right to do what they want But when you are strong from within , you will not be affected much. Learn that every single women is different and nobody can be perfect. Everybody has their own set of imperfections. And imperfections are what make us look unique. Don't be afraid to let people see your real face. Just be honest with yourself. People who judge you have their own issues with self esteem. That's why , they try to knock you down with their evil judgement. So be happy with who you are. Your happiness , confidence and self esteem should come from within you and not from what people will say or do to you.

Nobody's prefect. we all have flaws on our own, those flaws are part of us and that's exactly what makes us who we are and special in our own skin. be yourself, you can be anything. believe in yourself and have faith in yourself. stop looking for permission to look great. stop analyzing society's standards and just be yourself, embrace who you really are, love yourself, love your mind and body and let the beauty underneath of your existence ignite like a rainbow. that's the moment where everyone will see your light. haters will always be there, people who rate you and try to break you. but you do not live your life for others. you deserve this peace of mind to enjoy yourself and life. accept yourself and take the best out of who you are.
The journey to self acceptance begins with understanding that nobody in this world is perfect, so you are absolutely normal. So don't stress over what you think other people would have an issue about (with your looks especially) since everybody has issues and no two people have the exact same list of issues. Again, you're totally normal. Then look into yourself... meaning contemplate who you are... and find the things about yourself that you think are your best qualities. Use these to boost yourself emotionally to gain confidence in who you are. The things you find there is room for improvement on like being lazy or being shy or being too presumptuous, work on it by googling how to deal with _______ and make a conscious effort to implement what you think are the best solutions. Like practice talking to people in the mirror so you'd see how you look when you speak if you're afraid of public speaking. The happier you feel about who you are, the less people's opinions of you will matter. For example, if you know 100% you are a good person.. someone saying you are a bad person would maybe surprise you but it won't make you question yourself. It's like self acceptance makes you a more impenetrable lol I hope this is not confusing
