That would be very difficult without steroids. Also don't forget that guy was dehydrated, oiled up, only ate protein the days before (which is unsustainable), and did a workout before the picture was taken. No one looks like that just getting up in the morning two days after their last workout. If you don't believe me go google what professional actors have said about this in interviews and on blogs.

Dude everyones different, never compare your body to others. Everyone has uniques bone size, muscle types and cuts meaning that with the same muscle mass you could look completely different.
To obtain his muscle mass would require a dedicated bulk of about 3 years and probably around 6 months of leaning out to see definition.
A body like that doesn't come easy or everyone would have it

You'd need very specific genetics, steroids, years, not eating sugar for a month and something like rationing water (I think) prior to the photo shoot, and then you'd need photoshop.

Depends on what you look like now. If you work out a bit but dont eat right you could have the muscle already so how ever fast you could cut. If you're fresh of your xbox remote and never lifted before its going to take you a dedicated 3 years maybe.

Unless you are naturally very muscular, that could take past 4 years, if you are the kind of person that doesn't gain weight no matter how much you eat it will take much longer, even with proper nutrition.
