Eat a little more protein and some good fats but mainly you need to do heavier weights, low reps. Deadlifts will definitely help
You need to... Gain Weight and keep in shape (exercise!)
Squats. Russian twists. Push ups. Shoulder presses.
Bigger butt. Smaller waist. Bigger chest/shoulder region. Curves.

You're pear shaped. I'm not awesome with measurements but you sound normal. What are you, a size 8 jean or something? How tall are you?
You can gain muscle, but that will not make curves (except butt). For curves you need fat.
