Is it easy to keep yourself skinny, after a certain age if you don't have fast metabolism?

I don't have it easy, unlike those who have fast metabolism.

Although I'm still skinny, I don't eat much, and I walk like 4 hours per day on average, and my weight remains static.

I wonder if I was eating the same amount of food I eat now but staying at home, would I gain weight?

I don't want to put on weight whether is muscle or fat. For me weight is weight no matter what is it.
