Lol. Yes. That's called anxiety. Lol. Diet can help and so can DBT... Dialectical Behavior Therapy. You learn to practice how to be in the moment more. So instead of...:notice thing: "Awww man, I'm noticing a thing again... Why can't I stop noticing thing. And now I'm not focusing. Ugh why can't I focus? Why am I like this. OK. Focus. Just focus. Not focusing. Why am I like this?" You opt to BREATHE... And think "Be here now. Be here now. Worry worry can wait. Be. Here. Now." And other similar habit building. Learning how to focus on actual facts, learning how to put your worry to the side until later and deal with problems when you have the attention to exert instead of worrying about it slightly all day without actually taking time to resolve it... Etc. I am much calmer and much happier now that my natural habits are positive and healthy ones because I took the time to develop them that way. :)

It's not that you are too aware, but that you are analyzing too much. How you could fix this would be to actually be truly aware. Try to observe things without analyzing. Take small steps at the time. Just watch, listen, touch, smell or feel something 1-5 seconds without analyzing it and just be interested in the raw experience. In time you are able to do that longer periods of time.
Your mind is very active in this sense because you give your attention to those thoughts and they "learn" to do it. Just take your attention away from them once in a while and your mind learns to become more silent. And when needed you can actually think more sharply since it's not "overheated" all the time.
I think it's good to look at the world around you in wonder. It's useful to be inquisitive and it will drive you to learn and understand new things. The only issue with it is overly analyzing things that don't require it. I understand what it's like to do that because I'm kind of the same way. I think it can be linked to anxiety. When I'm nervous I seek distractions. You just have to think about what helps you relax. Is there a special place or hobby that you enjoy? Try to focus on that and take a deep breath.

dumb your thoughts down to only search for shxt that you enjoy. Over-thinking is time consuming sets you back in life. Just flow
Have you talked to you doctor about this?
I don't believe there's much of anything wrong with you. For sleep I suggest taking a small dose of melatonin for intimate moments I'm not sure how to help. If you're really concerned about this I suggest asking a psychiatrist.
Yes, do you eat an unhealthy diet?
You just overthink things
No you're fine, I have my moments like that too
Going by your description, I'd say yes.
