Recently, I seem to be having very little self control. Lots of the time when I need or even want to do something I, for some reason, just can't get myself to do it. All I seem to be doing now is listening to sad music, eating sometimes, crying, or simply doing nothing and letting the hours go by. I am pretty sure its because of I am suffering from pretty bad depression, but I can't seem to get out of that state of mind. This isn't something that is temporary too, I have been dealing with this for over a year. I have tried making a daily routine, and a few other stuff but with little progress. Anything would be helpful, I am desperate to get my life can together and have been for quite some time. That is all I wish for Christmas this year.
get out of your house. walk outside. anything outside of where you live.
Sit at a bookstore/ coffee shop and pretend to read.
go to walmart and look at dvds.
go to a friends house.
Be around the vibe of other people. they will always distract you.

set a small goal. like getting out of bed earlier then make the goals bigger like going to the store
