Im already fit, i just have some fat i would like to lose so that my muscles are a little more visable. But all the mealplans i find on the internet are all filled with dairy products, and im lactose intolerant. in addition most lactose-free products or soyproducts are more expensive than regular products, and as a student i can't afford it
So im thinking about following a vegan meal plan, but i can't seem to find one. So anyone who can recommend a vegan meal plan or have any recipies they would like to share?
