I eat a regimented menu:
breakfast- 8oz nonfat plain yogurt, 6 oz fruit, 1oz oatmeal (before its cooked)
lunch- 4oz cooked protein, 6oz fruit, 6oz veggies
dinner- 8oz salad, 4oz cooked protein, 6oz veggies.
No snacking in between (although lately I've been kinda snacking on fruits), no dairy but I do take a supplement.
Last night I at some spaghetti with sausage in it over semolina noodles. No bread or butter to go with it, just the pasta.
I ate breakfast this morning, went to the bathroom, and was 2 pounds heavier than yesterday.
How the hell did eating that bit of spaghetti make me gain so much weight?
Am I just one of those people who can't enjoy fatty foods because I immediately put on weight?
