I weigh the most I've been rn (123), but I've been this weight since somewhere in freshman year to now (junior) Im not fat though lol. The only time I know I gained a little weight for bad reasons was in kindergarten cause we had snacks every day lol, I was still skinny even with that. I'm think I'm like slim thick, I've got a flat stomach and big booty and thighs
I don't have the balls to do it, especially when you consider your first photo to be cringe-worthy. :-D
That said, in my case, my cringe photos were of when I was skinniest. My struggle was gaining mass, especially in the upper body as a sprinter, more than losing body fat.
Comparing mine to yours, it'd be like comparing Peter Pan to Hercules. :-D
Yeah -- after I thought about when I was technically at the highest body fat percentage, I realized maybe it wasn't too bad. My teenage photos were, by far, the most cringe-worthy though -- but opposite.. skinny as twigs.
I always wished I could bulk up a lot more, even now. I don't think I have that level of discipline or motivation though. About the most active when I was working out was just training to muscle failure for multiple sets and a bit beyond with some sacrifices to form or using lighter weights for a few additional sets. Then threw in some protein powder and that seemed to help a bit.
I've gotten relatively bigger compared to most Japanese guys I come across, but still look like a toothpick compared to you.
The highest I'll go in terms of gaining muscle is 15-17% body fat. Anything over, Then nah. It's not effective for me if I bulk and look like a pig by the end, and then cut for 3-5 months and look like a marathon runner.
I cried when I saw my wedding photos lol and sort of made a half assed effort but when we started trying for kids it made me take it seriously and I lost the first 45lb pretty quickly. Then I started working out so I could still eat yum things and socialise and another 20 slowly came off. A family is good motivation 👍🏻

Never really been fat, I always struggled with packing size instead. This was really the highest body fat I was at shortly after I started working out. I have photos up somewhere of me pushing 150 lbs (for me that seemed like a LOT) because I was gaining back weight I lost being on ADD meds. That was sometime between September 2015 and June 2016. I'm at 125 ish now.

I don't have any pics of myself when I was fat. It was way back in junior highschool when I took some mood-stabilizers which had the side-effect of weight gain. I weighed 180 lbs and I was a fat bastard with a double chin.

No offense but how long have you been at this. I mean you're not obese from what I remember. You just look pudgy af. Why not hop on TRT and just train/diet for 6 months straight? That's literally all it would take for you to change your life around and stop being FA.
Lol I have been a quitter in the past as pathetic as that sounds. Me still being fat is 100 percent my fault. I am very depressed and sometimes eat very unhealthy foods because I am depressed. Am trying to stop that and eat healthier.
