It's concept has been around for a while but it's basically a compact gym. It's used to build strength, and to get lean muscle. I have one and I've been using it for almost a year, I've noticed that I've built a lot of muscle mass on my arms back and chest.
I've heard that a lot of these iso7x were recalled because a lot of them have broken causing some injuries to people. That's why I use protective goggles whenever I use it. I think they still sell some of them but with red grips.

The Bullworker classic is probably better but is the same concept. If you think you've built a lot of muscle from that then you really have to try out the Isokinator Green Giant.
This is the tested results of the Isokinator but the Green Giant has twice the resistance.

Concerning your take, what you will find is that a lot of guys will not understand the Iso7x, may ridicule it and completely dismiss it. It's the same thing they do with the Isokinator Green Giant. You should give the 30 day free trial a try and be sure to take measurements because you will see some differences.
I had increased muscle mass and weight on the scale after 3 months.
