Is this gonna bulk up my legs?

I'm a girl. for a disease I gained 15 kg in 3months. I need to lose it really fast!

So if I don’t eat any protein at all. Only soft carbs because I have to because of that disease.and then If I also climb up&down stairs(double stairs actually) for 2 hrs daily for 3months.whats gonna happened to my legs? R they gonna bulk up? Get big? Or just lean muscle? Or what?

PS: before this I did the stair climbing for 1andhalf hour each week for 2 years, just to stay in shape. I didn’t know about the bulking up thing in the beginning ! I feel like my legs are getting bulky,strong and kinda hard.they aren't soft anymore! I don't want my legs to get any bigger but I have to lose weight fast!
Is this gonna bulk up my legs?
