I was wondering if anyone had tried the new quicktrim that's out
or anything really. I do know that a healthy diet and exercise work I'm just looking for some ideas too. Understand that I am a healthy person but just fishing for ideas.
i won't encourage taking pills. Last time I took pills I lost so much weight.. I lost my boobs too! Now I've gain back to the normal size..but I've lost my boobs for good.
Big nono! Swimming is the best way out! Make it a plan to swim as much a week as possible!
I've lost 14 pounds since May the old fashioned way. Diet and exercise. I count my calories (between 1500-1800) everyday and go on my exercise bike for 30 minutes a day. It works! Good luck and congratulations! :)
Hiking trails works the best or a lot of running and exercising. I do 1-hour hiking trails twice a week and when I finish my trail I am sweating like crazy. Sweat=loosing fat
I would not advise you to take pills or throw up after eating food.
