If you weigh 158lbs, your BMI is 24, which is the maximum healthy BMI. Obviously the BMI shouldn't be the only indicator, because everyone's body is different. I'd just start losing weight, see how it goes, and when you're at a weight you're comfortable with, whether it's technically a healthy weight or not, go to your doctor and ask if (s)he thinks this weight is healthy for you.
You say you don't have health problems but what you mean is you're not noticing your health problems yet. It's impossible to have so much excess weight without your health suffering from it. I'm not trying to get you down but don't take it too lightly, you really need to lose weight, it isn't optional. Thoughts like "I don't look bad" and "I'm not suffering from any health problems" can really sabotage your diet and cause you not to take it seriously.

well I don't really know how to estimate guy's weights...but from looking at your picture I think you would look good if you lost estimated 35-50 pounds. just don't get skinny though. you look like you have a larger bone structure & a muscular build and I think the muscular look would suit you.
as far as what the BMI says, I think the BMI is bs. it's not accurate for all people so I don't like that people act like it's a standard set in stone for everyone.
you look like a you have a big frame I would say 190-210 is a good weight but you should definitally start lifting weights a man should bench 300 pounds and squat at least 400 but that's just how I see it.
If you're carrying a good amount of muscle mass, 175 would be good.

You don't really look big to me =/
but I'd say around 170-180 is good.I'm not that great at estimating. Definitely less than 170. Maybe 165 at the very most.
