I only have 3 weeks to lose a LOT of weight but I'm confident it can be done because I gained it all really fast. I'm going with my crush and I want to look amazing, so from experience what's the best way?

Don't focus on the exact amount you need to lose, instead focus on losing it.
What really worked for me was when I stopped eating meat, I stop weight rapidly. But you need proteins, so eat tofu, beans are also a good source. Cut out all soda, it's just water for you nonstop. Before each meal, drink water cause it makes you fuller so you eat less. Don't overdo it on the exercising...run half an hour in the morning or take a spinning class. Walk everywhere, don't take the elevators, walk walk walk. That way you're exercising every single day.

No but seriously.. I don't think you're going to be able to lose 10 pounds a week. But if you start going for runs every night or day it will help. Stop drinking sugary drinks like pop or juice, stop eating junk food and drink water to keep you hydrated.
Truly exercise will work best. If you can, try swimming twice a day. Swimming results in major calorie burn-offs. It will make you hungry beyond belief -- you will have to compensate by eating fruit, veggies and protein. (As has been reported, Michael Phelps eats and burns 12,000 calories per day while training.) If you seriously work at it, you will lose weight.

30 pounds...in 3 weeks...I'm sorry but that isn't going to happen. Just lose the weight normally and gradually and buy a dress to fit your current figure.
