I have never been able to run more than a block, but I've always wished I could be more athletic. I'd like to have lots of energy and just feel all in shape.
I do like hiking, and go a couple times a week or so. But I want to know, for those of you who are athletic, were you always that way?
If anyone was out of shape and then managed to get in shape, do you have any tips for me on how to psych myself up, get motivated and get started? Thanks!
