or if you want to get it nice and cheap (but of very high quality) go to H&M or Uniqlo.
I have a very "european" frame which fits better into the general "euro" cut of clothes which have wide shoulders but smaller waists and chest which tends to lend itself to tighter shirts (again like you, not underarmor, but shirts that stay close to the body)
Wear smaller sizes than you're used to. You don't seem big on brand names, neither am I, but Hilfiger makes a "custom fit" polo ($$) which really does fit nice.
OR you can do what I did, go to Salvo or somewhere cheap, buy clothes which are "supposed" to fit but probably got stretched, and hem them to be at a comfortable size. Take matters into your own hands!

haha as I was reading this an ad on the side was advertising for bicyclist cloths
but just get size small or slim fit
find some compression fit sports gear...nike used to carry some...
