girl I know how you feel, its always awkward having your boobs and other parts out in front of people lol.. when I was pregnant the doctor had to check me for breast cancer and after my csection when my baby was hungry id have to pull my boobs out in front of anyone like every 3 hours for a week, I just thought to myself OK they see boobs more than I think its not like they'll even remember mine lol. the only one that made me uncomfortable is when this old guy had to come in to check my incision and I was feeding ava.. I felt like crawling in a hole and dieing.. but I'm sure he don't even remember and after all that I never had to see him again

I think people have already covered this, but just repeating, those doctors see boobs and everything on a daily basis. Sure, it's uncomfortable for you, that's natural, but they're not judging or taking note of anything, and they understand that you'll feel uncomfortable. So, don't sweat it!
I can tell you first hand that doctors pretty much will never remember or take note of any of that. The training for medicine involves us working with the body day in and day out, all that stuff becomes somewhat mundane and is "work" for us. Now with that said, you should also remember that this is a doctor with, almost certainly, a huge amount of professional respect for you and will only be dealing with your body in ways he has to
as for making your heart beat faster? The murmur has nothing to do with how fast your heart beats, its the fact that blood might be moving in the wrong direction at various points and/or locations in your heart. Heart rate won't effect that, its a structural thing. Just try to relax as best you can and realize you are dealing with a professional.
I don't think it'll matter if your hearts beating faster, really. I'd say just visualise the ocean or something - maybe ask your doctor beforehand if you could have some light anxiety meds beforehand because you have some problems with getting your kit of. But try and remember, y'know, your with a doctor.

Just realize that you are not the first to have to do it or the last. I am sure every single girl that has gone through it has felt the same way the doctor has seen it before. They know you will be nervous as I am sure everyone is.
