yes. although most babies, children, teens, and adults, are obese now that has nothing to do with you. personally, if it's bothering you that much then I'd watch what I eat or exercise more. this whole starving yourself (in general) and bulimic sh*t is unacceptable so if you DO decide to get rid of the muffin top, diet and exercise is the way to go, don't be dumb and starve yourself and hang over the toilet everyday. your healthy weight and height depends on your shape and what looks right depends on where your weight goes when you gain it. for me, I'm 5'6" and I weigh 115-120 but when I gain weight it goes to my thighs and midsection. LETHAL combination. I refuse to go up a size in jeans though because if I keep going up sizes in jeans each time I get a muffin top or feel like I'm gaining a lot of weight, one day I'll look in the mirror and go, "holy sh*t how did this happen?" I'm only saying all of this and explaining myself because clearly this is bothering you and this is my opinion. if you feel your weight is healthy and you're OK with how you look then don't do anything but if you're insecure and you feel it isn't healthy then do something about it. just because, now, it's socially acceptable to be morbidly obese that doesn't mean it's OK. at the end of the day though, you are who you are and it's important you're happy with that muffin or no muffin.
give me a dr. pepper, maybe some chocolate chip cookies, or brownies (my weaknesses and loves of alll time) and instantly I start gaining weight...when I drop caffeine I'll lose ATLEAST 3-5 lbs. when I drop caffeine AND sweets is when I'm dropping a lott of weight. it's hard as hell but the longer I go without it the easier it is. like I said though, it's important that YOU'RE happy with who you are. it doesn't matter what some other person you meet thinks...if you want to get rid of it then do it if you don't then don't but that's what I do and that's my input. muffins make me insecure so I freak out when I get them XD lol

its still a muffin top :( its not like a muffin really hangs over its paper thing anyways
its okayy I have a muffintopp too guys say its cute :/ I just buy looser jeans so I can pull it up and hide my muffintop...sucks enough that I suck in my fat 24/7
