Lots of cardio. Get up early and go for an hour jog and if it you got the time do it again at noon and do it again at night. Push your self to run as hard and far as possible each time. Also don't eat enough to cover the calories, keep a 2000 calorie a day diet, if you push your self hard you could possible burn up to 10,000 calories or more. I did it and lost 45lbs in a month, I would suggest to span across the 3 months though, it's better for you that way. Also for the diet part cut out all soda's and as much sugar as possible, you shouldn't drink anything other water, (also if you do work out like that drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated, you want to lose weight not mess up your skin) This is a very hard way to lose weight but it works, takes a lot of time and a lot of self motivation but you can do.

Eat raw veggies. No caffeine and zero soda. 5% of intake should be chicken. Exercise and low fat foods. No such thing as QUICK LOSS that is healthy.
