How Do You Burn More Calories Than You Consume?

peace-love-couture
People say you need to eat around 1300-1500 calories a day(or more depending on your lifestyle) but how on earth is someone suppose to lose weight eating that many calories?

With that theory it is best to eat nothing for a week and over exercise then slowly wean yourself onto liquids(low calories),then solid foods.

My overall goal weight is 95-100 lbs,and I've got about...20 something pounds to go with that. And I'm 5'3 so that IS a healthy weight,so I couldn't care any less for your opinions or comments on that.

How is it possible to lose weight when you're consuming that many calories? Are you suppose to spend hours and hours a day exercising?Or what?

BTW,I don't care for your opinions or lectures on my weight. And normally I consume less than 1100 calories a day, heck probably less than 1000 a day, more by sub conscious habit as I'm not so gung ho on calorie counting as I am on *getting rid of it*(if you get what I'm saying)
