Since school started, I have not had the time to do this, and I have felt a little run down lately. I still work out, but I have no motivation anymore and most of my work outs suck. I still have always been fast and I run a mile every once in a while, but I have noticed difference.
I don't know, I feel like not working out anymore, and I want to be big and strong and push it, but I have no motivation. I am thinking about just taking some time off, but then I will feel even worse. It is not like I feel totally crappy, but not as good as I used to.
I just want to know if I am still out of shape or if I ever. I remember I hiked up the tallest mountain in the state over the summer. My diet is alright, although I cannot resist pizza once a week. I have also noticed my stomach getting just a tad, like .001% flabbier.
What should I do?
