I could possibly be out of shape and I have no motivation?

I started working out almost two years ago and I am still kind of small, and I have gotten stronger, but no where near where I wanted to be. Over the summer I played plenty of basketball, worked out, and hiked. I felt great, although I thought I was out of shape.

Since school started, I have not had the time to do this, and I have felt a little run down lately. I still work out, but I have no motivation anymore and most of my work outs suck. I still have always been fast and I run a mile every once in a while, but I have noticed difference.

I don't know, I feel like not working out anymore, and I want to be big and strong and push it, but I have no motivation. I am thinking about just taking some time off, but then I will feel even worse. It is not like I feel totally crappy, but not as good as I used to.

I just want to know if I am still out of shape or if I ever. I remember I hiked up the tallest mountain in the state over the summer. My diet is alright, although I cannot resist pizza once a week. I have also noticed my stomach getting just a tad, like .001% flabbier.

What should I do?

I have been doing intense ab exercises three times a week yet I only have a six pack when I flex. I also never get injured when we play tackle football.
I could possibly be out of shape and I have no motivation?
