Hmm, jog every other day, as far as you can. you really have to push yourself though. So no stopping just because you're tired, or can barely breathe. That's normal(;
After jogging, start working your way up to 100 sit ups within 1 minute. You WILL eventually get there, it just takes determination.
Be sure to eat breakfast every day. If you don't, your body goes into starvation mode, and stores what you eat as fat.
Stay hydrated, and be sure to eat meals with at least a protien and vegetable.
Stay away from eating candy, sodas, and other sugary foods.

Drinking lots of water on a regular basis is good for making you feel slim.
Don't drink soda or alcohol, as they dehydrate you and increase bloating in the stomach area.

good luck!everyone else has posted good advice but for now you could use shapewear in addition to diet and exercise
There's no quick fix because all of those methods will be unhealthy for your body and health.
Just work on dieting, eating healthier and exercising. The weight will come off everywhere, your stomach included.Running, and lots of water. :)
