-Womens Health Magazine Interval plan

-10 to 15 minutes of jogging

Tuesday

-Video from Sparkteen(10 minutes)

-30-60 minutes of Tae Bo

Wednesday

-Video from Sparkteen(10 minutes)

-Womens Health Magazine Interval Plan

-10 to 15 minutes of jogging

Thursday

-Video from Sparkteen(10 minutes)

-30-60 minutes of Tae Bo

Friday

-Video from Sparkteen(10 minutes)

-Womens Health Magazine Interval Plan

-10 to 15 minutes of jogging

And I might also do "The Biggest Loser" video every single day...

So is this a good workout plan?

If not what can I change?This will be my workout plan for over the break...

And how long should I go jogging/running if I want slimmer thighs that are less muscular(they are muscular now)?

PS:Don't care for the love me bull-ish or be happy with yourself,just advice:)
