What would you think if...?

What would you think you saw a girl with mild-severe acne wearing eyeshadow and mascara? Would you wonder why she even bothers with makeup when her skin is so bad?

I used to have an acne problem when I was younger. It was hard and tough on the emotions. But I wore make up to cover it up and it helped somewhat, though it was still a little obvious. But once I started to wear eye liner and mascara, people really took notice and would stare at me (in a good way) because apparently they thought I looked better with it. It couldn't hurt to try it out just to see what could happen and if you do or don't like the outcome, then you'll know your answer.

Did your acne just go away at a certain age or did you find a skin care routine that worked? I have tried so many products and have gone to the dermatologist but nothing has worked.

Ya know I had a really hard time. I still get a little occasionally but not how it was 5 years ago. Right now, I use Neutrogena face pads (Walmart) and the oil absorbing sheets. I use them each twice a day, when I wake up and before I go to bed. It seems to have made a HUGE difference! And thank you for the best answer by the way :) Hope this helps.

Mascara/Eyeshadow has nothing to do with acne,so I wouldn't correlate them.Anyone is free to wear make-up

I'd wonder(in my head) why she hasn't gone to a dermatologist.

I wouldn't have bad thoughts of her though.I once had acne although not severe

I'd think hey, that's cool that girl is so confident with herself that she can go without foundation. And acne isn't forever.
