Dilemma involving 3 Dudes! When it rains it pours I guess..

So, I kinda have a trio of issues. I call it the "curse of the J's". Every Guy that I have Ever been involved with names have begun with J, (Just a fun fact). The 3 current "J"s will be called J1, J2, J3.

So J1 holds my heart and has for 18 years, we met at 13 and had a very intense sexual relationship up until 2 years ago. Well, he recently has contacted me to start it up again, he has a girlfriend but I don't want to be as blunt to say I don't care, but honestly I don't.

J2 Is someone I met at a couple of concerts and he has been pursuing me for a while , and we have basically had a "Text" relationship, until today when I finally said I would let him take me out He is going through a divorce and has 3 kids but still lives with his wife. We are gong on a double date to a sporting event and I always get a hotel nearby because I don't like to drink and drive. Do I sleep with him even if I know I don't want a relationship with someone with that much baggage, because I hate typing this but I haven't had sex since the last time I saw J1 and if you were paying attention that's a long frikkin time!

And that brings us to the poor soul J3.. Oh J3.. This guy lives across the hall from me and I have known him for about 5 years and he is a straight up GEEK, and I'm talking 40 year old virgin GEEK.. Anyways he decided to get really drunk one night and confess his love for me. So long story short, my questions are...

J1... Do I go back to him knowing he has a girlfriend, and that no chance of a relationship is there.

J2 . How far would you go?

J3: What the hell made this one think that it was OK to do what he did, and how do I live with this forever awkwardness right out my front door.

Wow, real sticky situation you've got here! First off, I would say forget about getting romantic with J1. Even though you both used to be close, he's now in a relationship with someone else. Maybe you could settle for being friends with him?

J2, I would just get to know him a bit more. If you get along well, and he's a decent guy, then OK. Everyone has baggage of some kind, whether its an ex or childhood issues or kids. If you decide that you really like him, you'll be able to accept his kids into your life.

And as for J3, well... You should talk to him when you're both completely sober. Then you'll be able to talk properly about your feelings for him, or lack thereof.

Tell J1 the best thing in life is good memories.

Tell J2 your a nice friend but it should stay that way you just have to much baggage for me to immerse myself in. You would like to remain friends and see where it goes in a few months.

Tell J3 you will give him a date. He deserves a chance. Its one date what do you know he may be really sweet. And just cause he seems geeky doesn't mean a thing...I knew this really odd guy once geeky...used to be a green beret and huge IQ...he went reclusive cause he couldn't relate to anyone anymore. Like I said its one date...anyone can survive 1 date.
