girl baking soda and...hydrogen peroxide are your best friend.
a lot of those "whitening rinses' " secret ingredient is hydrogen peroxide. baking soda is like 64 cents at walmart and peroxide is about a dollar. You really get results! But, and I pretty sure someone else said this, use to baking soda every other day, because its abrasive and can irritate your gums. And also, WARNING: a lot of people think it tastes bad. I personally don't but it could be because my mom has been putting peroxide in my mouthwashes since I was a kid so I'm used to that taste. You should see results within days, so definitely try it. I had braces for 5 years, those white spots can be a pain.

Well there's the baking soda technique, but I don't quite think it gets the same results. If I were you I'd stick with the professionals and just pay that little bit more for a step towards perfection.

Baking soda. Also, if you rub a strawberry across your teeth real good, it's supposed to help. Strawberries contain acid though, so you shouldn't be doing this trick everyday.
I'd stick with the baking soda, or go to a professional.Baking soda only removes stains on the teeth, it doesn't whiten them as such. It's also very abrasive and can remove enamel making your teeth very sensitive. You're better off getting them whitened professionally or using those crest strips.
Baking soda works for me and the whitening strips should help too.
If you do use the baking soda only use it once every three days because it can hurt your gumsHydrogen Peroxide really works!
