What do you eat on a typical day?
I just want to see how my diet compares to others
I don't have a "typical" diet, it changes depending on what's in the house.
I try to have a semi-balanced breakfast, like yogurt and fruit and whatever random stuff I have around.
For lunch, I usually buy at school. Which is generally either pizza, the sh*tty hot lunch, or a bagel.
For snacks, it can be annnything, haha, depending on my mood.
And for dinner, whatever my mom makes (which a lot of times includes pasta).
Lately, though, it's been different since I've hardly been eating anything. :/
Don't do that, always eat or it will stuff up your metabolism and your digestive system...i speak from experience
It's not by choice, I literally can only eat a tiny but or I feel sick lately. It sucks. :/

breakfast- 1oz special K vanilla almond cereal with a little bit of milk that I don't drink after, and a yogurt cup.
snack 1- apple, or some kind of fruit
lunch- 3 egg whites, steamed veggies and fruit
snack 2- maybe some chips or some snack like that, usually about 1oz
dinner- some kind of meat usually chicken but sometimes beef and a vegetable along with a salad on some nights.
some nights Ill have a skinny cow ice cream, or 8oz nonfat frozen yogurt.
You sound very healthy good on you, I really need to find a way to get in the protein like you.
I could always use more protein because I work out, that and carbs. I can eat a little more than this depending on the day, but a day like this wouldn't be out of the ordinary for me.
Lots of things have protein in them, things like milk, eggs, and quinoi. You can always try logging your food to make sure you are getting the right amount for you to stay healthy.

That is a typical Monday - Friday for me. I also drink six cups of water/tea everyday.
Yea my meals aren't really set, but I do have 5 a day, usually around 4000 calories :)

Well, I don't stick to a routine, but here's a general idea of my diet:
Breakfast: cereal, nutrition bar, or nothing some days. I drink apple juice or milk.
Lunch: turkey sandwich, apple slices, and chips . I'll drink water.
Dinner: We cook Indian food, so chicken/fish with rice, egg, potatoes, cauliflower, and peas to over-simplify it. Sometimes we cook some pasta and tomatoe sauce with red/green/yellow peppers.
Snack 1: cheese-its/goldfish or yogurt
Snack 2: cheese sticks (usually in the afternoon), rather unhealthy actually.
What's your typical day like?
i used to ask people what they ate everyday to compare it but everybody is different and seriously, its better to eat whenever your hungry and not to worry about over or under eating cause that's when you start to stress about it... but I eat a large breakfast a pretty big lunch and a small dinner, and snack throughout the day and I am average size not at all fat...
