I'm going to be hitting up the gym, and just continue doing what I have been doing ... but I'm getting bored with it.
3 miles, 50 push ups, and 50 sit-ups daily. I'm starting in spring though. So by summer it will probably be the same amount of push ups and sit-ups but 5 or more miles of walking or running. My goal is to lose 100lbs before my 23rd. lol I have a lot of goals that I'm putting my 23rd birthday as.
I'm looking to GAIN weight by hitting the gym, eating more specific foods to get mass, and hopefully being able to keep this schedule in the middle of my already full schedule.
