I suggest looking into weight watchers it is a great program and is a healthy way to lose weight, Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables because almost all of them are zero points.Also try not to miss out on eating breakfast I really enjoy having an orange for breakfast and yogurt and 1 piece of toast, it is quick and easy. Also don't drink your calories drink a lot of water. Also try and include some kind of exercise everyday even if it is just a daily walk. Good luck!

Don't eat sh*t. Like McDonalds. Eat veggies, fresh fruit such as oranges, stay away from soda or fruit juices, unless completely natural. Run, bike, swim, all that stuff..
