I have 3 dots on my stomach! Guys, is this a turn off?

When I was 8 I got attacked by a dog, and they almost look like Acne scars): I was wondering, is this a turn-off? They are very noticeable, and they're right by my belly button. AHH!

I wouldn't care. The only reason I'd care is if they were really sensitive to touch (in a bad way), as scars tend to be.
