On a 1-10 scale (5 = average, 10 = highest), how much of a "health nut" are you?

I consider myself a solid 7.5.

I'm not heavy into the organic craze (imo it's overblown), & I don't take any supplements besides a multivitamin & the occasional protein bar/shake.

I do tend to watch my sugar intake. I at least try the sugarfree version of anything (they usually taste good to me), I don't have a strong sweet tooth (fruit usually does the trick for me), & I dilute almost any drink I have @ home besides milk. In fact, because of my habits, people asked me if I was a diabetic; I said no, I'm trying NOT to be a diabetic lol. :)

I do some exercising. Primarily deep stretching (good way to relax @ the end of the work day), basketball & sometimes some calisthenics. I'm really not a gym rat; if I joined a gym I would join mainly for access to a pool since it's desert climate where I live atm.

Since there is no health section on this site (yet), I figured "style" would be the best place to post this.
