I hate temptations! How do I tell my body no!

I am not overly obese but I am trying to get in shape for summer I already have a daily exercise regimen but my weakness is sugar! I'm a sugarholic , I've gotten better at telling my body no , but when I'm surrounded my sugar what do I do I have some tricks but what are yours please share :)
I hate temptations! How do I tell my body no!
