Health problems. I need advice.

Lately I have been experiencing some health problems. I have been having these terrible migraines all the time. I have also been getting these major head rushes. I had one so bad the other day I had to sit down. And now I have this tingly feeling all over my skin. I work outside all day and have to wear long sleeve flame resistant clothing. Could I be dehydrated or be lacking a certain vitamin? I went to the doctor a few weeks ago to see if there was anything physically wrong with me and he said I was fine. My eye doctor is trying to correct my vision since I have a focusing problem. I don't know what to do. Should I schedule an MRI or some blood tests?

I went to the doctor yesterday and apparently I am suffering from orthostatic hypotension and mild vertigo. She thinks it's allergy related so she has me on allegra D (the good stuff that you have to sign for) and some other nasal spray stuff. She also has me on these exercises to help with my vertigo. If it doesn't clear up in 2-3 weeks she is going to get me in for a cat scan of my brain and some physical therapy.

Ok was was going through my old questions and found this. I had an MRI back in October and I had a tumor the size of four golf balls in my head. Had to have an emergency nine hour brain surgery. It ended up being a type II cancer and I had to go through radiation. My MRIs are looking good now and no more migraines. I have come a long ways but still got quite a bit more to do before I am at 100% again.
