Basically I need to know some simpler ways of losing weight because I can't just go to a gym 3-5 times a week!
If preferable I just need people to tell me some stuff I can do at home, how long for, etc, and if I can avoid it I don't really want to go running (I'd like to but I know a lot of people near me and it'd be embarrassing!)
I'm just kinda fed up of being the fat one in my group of friends, and I don't have a lot of time during the day to work out, so any help is really appreciated because I don't know what the hell I'm doing! (:
