You should be consuming roughly 1300-1500 calories a day, yes loosing that many is great but keep in mind what your eating, proteins such as eggs and different assoretment of foods that are very plentiful in vitamins and proteins like fish and chiken are excellent meal sources. Drinking a lot of milk and water should be at the top of your drinking list, but doing what your doing is not healthy.
If you keep up what it is your doing then your body will start to turn on you and will eventually break down muscle tissue and then it will defeat the whole purpose of what your trying to do. I suggest a simple routine such as a little cardio roughly 3 miles every other day and some strength training inbetween your cardio days to keep up your muscle tone.
Although you are doing what you should be doing which is consuming calories but just enough to keep you healthy and going and losing enough to overgo your calorie intake.

You'll probably die on such a harsh regime.
The human body burns something like 2000 to 2,500 calories a day, just by being alive and moving around.
Add to that a further 1000 calorie deficit and you're talking about a regime that's even stricter than the strictest medically governed low-calorie diet.
the funny thing about counting calories only is it is exactly that.
all you're doing is counting meanwhile that is not going to be the exact numbers and calories can mean any sort of macromolecule being assimilated as energy or ATP in your body.
overall, learning what helps boost your metabolism and how your body works are very helpful for long term weight loss as well as knowledge of what exactly is going on.
strength training is something women most often neglect but boosts metabolism. looking up scientific references or books to teach you more about the topic is a great idea.
so that you aren't referring to something totally almost redundant for your weight loss goals.
exercise, eating healthy, drinking water and learning about how exactly metabolism works will aid in your accomplishments of your goals.
That's a pretty dangerous way to lose weight. In general, people should consume 2000 calories a day. Instead of restricting your caloric intake, look at the types of calories you eat. I don't mean to just nibble on celery. A high-protein diet will help you to gain muscle. Check food packaging, and look out for anything with trans fat or saturated fat (the bad ones). You actually need good fats to be healthy. You can get those from avocados, peanut butter, and almonds. Basically, if you are eating healthily and have a regular exercise regimen, you will be healthy. And being healthy is more important than being stick thin
You'd lose weight at first, but once you begin eating in even the slightest bit, the weight would come on and it supposedly comes on with a vengeance.
-30 to 6 minutes of cardio a day(running,jogging,speed walking, elliptical,jump roping etc)
-Strength training 2-3x a week(weight lifting, calisthenics,resistance training etc)
-Eliminate liquid calories from your diet such as fruit juices and cokes

You will die. Don't do it. Advice from someone who's lost a lot of weight and is healthy: eat like you would everyday, counting calories as you go. Subtract 500 calories from that and that's what you should be eating. Combine that with an hour or so of cardio at least 5 times a week and you're golden.
calories in. calories out. doesn't work. at all. not every calorie is created equal. not to mention, that kind of intake is not enough to sustain muscle, meaning you would be a skeleton with flab. why is everyone so afraid of calories these days?! you need them to live! that is a starvation diet.
You will actually go into starvation mode. Remember, your body naturally burns calories to keep itself going. So, that combined with exercise you can have a calorie deficit of 500-1000 safely. Burning 1000 calories today is not only nearly impossible and unrealistic, it would put your calorie deficit at an unsafe level. So no, you will not lose weight. Your body will feed on your muscle for fuel.
Will you lose weight? Sure. Your body will then go into starvation mode and begin storing every source of fat/protein it is able to. Dependent on your height, a minimum of 1200 calories a day is advised (more if you are taller). And if you are exercising a lot, even more than that.
Don't go crazy with it.You need more than 500 calories, try 1200-1500 calories instead. If your body doesn't get enough nourishment it will actually be much harder to lose weight because your body will be trying to conserve energy. You'll need it if you're going to be exercising a lot.
in the first weeks , you will lose weght but as time goes on , your body will go in starvation mode .
It's a very unwise choice , I don't think that kind of diet and routine will go on for long..Most likely , you will go into a relapse(you may start over eating after some time). The least amount of calories you should consume is 800-1500.That's like 1 3rd of the calories that you need... When you do actually eat your body will store more of the fat because your body doesn't know when it's next real meal will be. You will have to be hospitalized if you continue this.
Yes, ofcourseee. Unless your already really thin and end up bloating from malnourishment or something. But yeah, if you burn 100% more calories than you intake your gonna shed weight like f***, no matter how much you take in
not a good idea. calories doesn't equal you being fat, some fats are easier to burn and good for you, like avacado. Stick to good fats, small meals and unprocessed foods, don't count the calories.
Captain Obvious says: For sure!
And I couldn't agree more.
However, its a little harsh of a way to loose weight I think. Just be careful not to overdo it.thats incredibly un healthy eat at at least 1700 but eat like salads and food that is low in sugar and fat cut down protein too then do cardio.
If you eat 500 calories a day and burn 1000 calories, you will die. Do you consider that weight loss?
500 is way too low to be healthy. Eat like 1500 and work off 2000. Even better, after you think you've hit 2000, keep working.
its better to eat healthy and do cardio if you're trying to lose weight
you'd probably get really sick and eventually have organ failure at some point. but yes, you'll lose weight.
Yes ull lose but it ain't healthy at all.
no you will die
